Amifarin (Dicloxacillin) is a semi-synthetic antibiotic of the penicillin family, indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by organisms sensitive to dicloxacillin. AMIKACIN-AMSA INJECTION 500 Amikacin injection belongs to a class of medications called aminoglycoside antibiotics. It works by eliminating bacteria. Antibiotics such as amikacin injection do not work against colds, influenza, or any other viral infection. C/1 Therapeutic Indications Amikacin Short-term treatment of serious infections caused by gram-sensitive microorganisms: Pseudomonas, E. coli, Proteus (indole-positive and indole-negative), Providencia, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Serratia, and Acinetobacter (Mima-Herellea). Short-term treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible strains of microorganisms such as: septicemia (including neonatal sepsis); severe respiratory tract infections; CNS infections (meningitis); intra-abdominal infections (including peritonitis); complicated and recurrent urinary tract infections, where treatment is not possible with other less toxic antibiotics; Skin, bone, soft tissue, and joint infections; burn infections; postoperative infections (including post-vascular surgery).

Useful in the treatment of respiratory tract infections, bacterial sinusitis, otitis media, skin and soft tissue infections, bone and joint infections, genitourinary tract infections, including acute prostatitis, and dental infections.

Clarithromycin is useful for the treatment of: Upper respiratory tract infections (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis, otitis). Lower respiratory tract infections (bronchitis, pneumonia). Therapeutic indications for Clarithromycin: - Oral, in immediate-release and modified-release formulations: Adults and children ≥12 years: pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis (diagnosed), acute bronchitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, bacterial pneumonia (community-acquired), mild-to-moderate skin and soft tissue infections, folliculitis, cellulitis, erysipelas. - Oral, in immediate-release formulations: Adults and children ≥12 years: localized or disseminated infection caused by M. avium or M. intracellulare, localized infection caused by M. chelonae, M. fortuitum, and M. kansaii. Gastric or duodenal ulcer associated with H. pylori (in conjunction with appropriate anti-ulcer medication). Prevention of disseminated M. avium complex infection in high-risk HIV patients (CD4 lymphocytes ≤ 50/mm³). Therapeutic Indications Atorvastatin Hypercholesterolemia: Adjunctive treatment to diet for the reduction of elevated total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, apolipoprotein B, and triglycerides in adults, adolescents, and children 10 years of age and older with primary hypercholesterolemia, including familial hypercholesterolemia (heterozygous variant) or combined (mixed) hyperlipidemia (corresponding to types IIa and IIb of the Fredrickson classification), when the response to diet or other non-pharmacological measures has been inadequate. - Homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia in combination therapy with other lipid-lowering treatments or if these treatments are unavailable. Cardiovascular disease prevention: Prevention of cardiovascular events in patients at high risk of suffering a first cardiovascular event, as an adjunctive treatment to the correction of other risk factors. In these conditions, there must be suspicion or certainty that the causative germ is a gram-negative bacterium such as Pseudomona aeruginosa, E. coli, Proteus, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Serratia, Citrobacter, Staphylococcus (coagulase-positive or coagulase-negative) or Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Gentamicin has been used effectively when associated with carbenicillin for serious infections caused by Pseudomona aeruginosa.

Indicated to relieve moderately intense pain in adults, usually after surgery, it works by stopping the body's production of a substance that causes pain, fever, and inflammation.
