Therapeutic Indications Betamethasone + gentamicin + clotrimazole Indicated for the relief of inflammatory manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses complicated by a secondary infection caused by organisms sensitive to the components of this dermatological preparation, or when such an infection is suspected. Clotrimazole has been shown to be effective in the treatment of tinea pedis, tinea curis, and tinea corporis due to Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum, and Microsporum canis; candidiasis caused by Candida albicans; and tinea versicolor due to Malassezia furfur (Pityrosporum orbiculare). Gentamicin provides a highly effective topical treatment for primary and secondary bacterial skin infections. Bacteria susceptible to the action of gentamicin include sensitive strains of Staphylococcus aureus (coagulase-positive and -negative, and some penicillinase-producing strains) and the gram-negative bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Aerobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Topical miconazole can be used to treat tinea versicolor (a fungal skin infection that causes light-colored or brown patches on the chest, back, arms, legs, or neck) or fungal skin infections.

For the treatment of labial or fever blisters and chickenpox, even in immunocompromised patients. First choice medication for the treatment of chickenpox, herpes simplex, zoster, since with lidocaine it provides rapid relief of the bothersome symptoms.

Terbinafine is used to treat fungal infections of the fingernails and toenails. It belongs to a class of drugs called antifungals. It works by stopping the growth of fungus.
