Therapeutic Indications Betamethasone + gentamicin + clotrimazole Indicated for the relief of inflammatory manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses complicated by a secondary infection caused by organisms sensitive to the components of this dermatological preparation, or when such an infection is suspected. Clotrimazole has been shown to be effective in the treatment of tinea pedis, tinea curis, and tinea corporis due to Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum, and Microsporum canis; candidiasis caused by Candida albicans; and tinea versicolor due to Malassezia furfur (Pityrosporum orbiculare). Gentamicin provides a highly effective topical treatment for primary and secondary bacterial skin infections. Bacteria susceptible to the action of gentamicin include sensitive strains of Staphylococcus aureus (coagulase-positive and -negative, and some penicillinase-producing strains) and the gram-negative bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Aerobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Topical neomycin has been used in cases of impetigo, ecthyma, folliculitis, eczema, infected seborrheic dermatitis, infected pressure ulcers and bedsores, minor burns and superficial wounds, episiotomies, varicose ulcers, and nipple cracks that show signs of infection.

AMIKACIN-AMSA INJECTION 500 Amikacin injection belongs to a class of medications called aminoglycoside antibiotics. It works by eliminating bacteria. Antibiotics such as amikacin injection do not work against colds, influenza, or any other viral infection. C/1 Therapeutic Indications Amikacin Short-term treatment of serious infections caused by gram-sensitive microorganisms: Pseudomonas, E. coli, Proteus (indole-positive and indole-negative), Providencia, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Serratia, and Acinetobacter (Mima-Herellea). Short-term treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible strains of microorganisms such as: septicemia (including neonatal sepsis); severe respiratory tract infections; CNS infections (meningitis); intra-abdominal infections (including peritonitis); complicated and recurrent urinary tract infections, where treatment is not possible with other less toxic antibiotics; Skin, bone, soft tissue, and joint infections; burn infections; postoperative infections (including post-vascular surgery).

Gentamicin injection is in a class of drugs called aminoglycoside antibiotics. It works by killing bacteria. Gentamicin is indicated for the following conditions: 1. Gastrointestinal infections. 2. Genitourinary infections and kidney infections. 3. Septicemia. 4. Peritonitis or pelvic infections. 5. Intra-abdominal infections. 6. Skin, soft tissue, and bone infections. 7. Eye infections. 8. Infected wounds and burns. 9. Bone and joint infections. In these conditions, there must be suspicion or certainty that the causative germ is a gram-negative bacterium such as Pseudomona aeruginosa, E. coli, Proteus, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Serratia, Citrobacter, Staphylococcus (coagulase-positive or coagulase-negative) or Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Gentamicin has been used effectively when associated with carbenicillin for serious infections caused by Pseudomona aeruginosa.
