Pregabalin is used to relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves) that may occur in your arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet, or toes if you have diabetes, and postherpetic neuralgia (PHN, a burning, stabbing, or aching pain that may last for months or years after an attack of shingles). Pregabalin capsules and oral solution are also used to relieve neuropathic pain that may occur after a spinal cord injury and to treat fibromyalgia (a long-term condition that can cause pain, muscle stiffness and tenderness, tiredness, and difficulty falling or staying asleep).

RELPAX is indicated in adult patients for the acute treatment of the headache phase of migraine attacks, with or without aura. Eletriptan is a selective agonist of vascular 5-HT1B receptors and neuronal 5-HT1D receptors.

Analgesic-antiemetic, aids in vascular headaches; "migraine." Lysine Acetylsalicylate: Lysine acetylsalicylate in solution is rapidly absorbed, primarily in the upper small intestine; once absorbed, it is hydrolyzed to aspirin, which is rapidly converted into salicylic acid. Acetylsalicylic Acid: Absorption is generally rapid and complete in the stomach and upper small intestine after oral administration. It is distributed into all body tissues and cellular fluids; the volumes of distribution of usual doses of aspirin and salicylate in normal subjects average 170 ml/kg of body weight. Eighty to 90% of salicylate is bound to plasma proteins, particularly albumin; this fraction decreases as plasma concentrations increase. Salicylate compounds other than salicylamide are extensively hydrolyzed in the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and blood to salicylate, which is then metabolized primarily in the liver. Aspirin has a half-life of 15 to 20 minutes (for the intact molecule); as a salicylate, the half-life is 2 to 3 hours with a single dose; with repeated dosing using antirheumatic drugs, it may vary from 5 to 18 hours. Peak plasma concentrations (Cmax 25 to 50 mcg/mL) are generally reached within 1 to 2 hours with a single dose. Elimination is renal, primarily as free salicylic acid and conjugated metabolites. Salicylates are excreted in the urine as free salicylic acid (10%), salicyluric acid (75%), salicylic phenolic glucuronides (10%), and acyl glucuronides (5%). However, the excretion of free salicylate is highly variable and depends on the dose and urine pH. Metoclopramide: Metoclopramide is rapidly absorbed, both through the digestive and parenteral routes. It reaches its maximum plasma concentration between 45 and 90 minutes when administered orally; peak concentrations increase linearly with dose. The oral bioavailability of metoclopramide is 80%; interindividual variability is linked to first-pass hepatic metabolism. Metoclopramide is rapidly and widely distributed into tissues, with an apparent volume of distribution of approximately 3.5 L/kg, crossing the blood-brain barrier. It is 30% bound to plasma proteins. The elimination half-life is 5-6 hours in individuals with normal renal function; however, in the presence of renal damage, it may be prolonged, resulting in elevated plasma concentrations. Therefore, dose adjustment is recommended in these cases. 85% of orally administered metoclopramide is excreted via the kidneys, appearing in the urine within 72 hours. 20-30% is excreted in free form and 50% in conjugated form (sulfoconjugates). 5% of the dose is excreted in feces through the biliary tract.

Flunarizine 5 mg, in a 40-tablet presentation, is a medication used to prevent migraines and treat vertigo. As a calcium channel blocker, it relaxes blood vessels to improve circulation. If discomfort persists, consult your doctor.

Zolmitriptan is indicated to treat the symptoms of migraine (a severe, throbbing headache that is sometimes accompanied by nausea and sensitivity to sound and light). Zolmitriptan belongs to a class of medications called selective serotonin receptor agonists.

Acute treatment of migraine headache with or without aura. Nasal route, also cluster headache.

Peripheral and central neuropathic pain: Pregabalin is used to treat chronic pain caused by nerve damage. Several diseases can cause peripheral neuropathic pain, such as diabetes or shingles. Pain sensations may be described as heat, burning, throbbing, shooting pain, stabbing pain, sharp pain, spasms, continuous pain, tingling, numbness, and stabbing. Peripheral and central neuropathic pain may also be associated with mood swings, sleep disturbances, fatigue (tiredness), and may affect physical and social functioning and overall quality of life. Epilepsy: Pregabalin is used to treat certain types of epilepsy (partial seizures with or without secondary generalization) in adults. Your doctor will prescribe Pregabalin (TAD) to treat epilepsy when your current treatment does not control the condition. You should take pregabalin in addition to your current treatment. Pregabalin should not be administered alone but should always be used in combination with other antiepileptic treatments. Generalized anxiety disorder: Pregabalin is used to treat generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). The symptoms of GAD are excessive and prolonged anxiety and worry that are difficult to control. GAD can also cause restlessness or feelings of excitement or nervousness, feeling easily fatigued (tired), difficulty concentrating or going blank, irritability, muscle tension, or sleep disturbances. This is different from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
