Aspirin helps increase blood flow to the legs. It can be used to treat a heart attack and prevent blood clots when you have an abnormal heart rhythm. It works by reducing pain and fever. This medication is indicated for the symptomatic relief of mild to moderate occasional pain, such as headaches, toothaches, menstrual pain, muscle pain (contractures), or back pain (lumbago).

Aspirin® Effervescent contains Acetylsalicylic Acid, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug recommended by the World Health Organization that helps eliminate headaches caused by stress, lack of sleep, flu, muscle tension, and fever.
