Bepanthen® Skin Regenerating Ointment is a skin restorative and regenerative agent for the prevention and treatment of: Injuries and irritated skin • Healing of wounds, scrapes, fissures and skin erosions • Burning and itching • Cracks in the skin • Minor burns • Dermatitis Bepanthen® Skin Regenerating Ointment contains the active ingredient Dexpanthenol incorporated into an excipient with a high oily content. It increases collagen synthesis, accelerating skin healing. Dexpanthenol is transformed in the skin into pantothenic acid, an essential vitamin for the skin that promotes the regeneration of skin cells from the inside. The high percentage of oils present in Bepanthen® Skin Regenerating Ointment form a thin layer on the skin surface, thus protecting the skin from external factors and dehydration. It creates a transparent protective layer and allows the recovery of the injury to be seen. This ointment contains Pro-Vitamin B5, which helps the skin recover, while keeping it soft and hydrated.
