Diarrhea: Controls diarrhea in 4-24 hours. Directions for use: For the canister, shake well before use. Pour the recommended dose (30 ml or 2 tablespoons) every hour for adults and children over 12 years of age, without exceeding 8 doses per day. Take until diarrhea disappears, but for no more than 2 days.

Enterogermina is a medication formulated with a suspension of Bacillus clausii spores, a non-pathogenic substance, prescribed to restore the balance of intestinal flora that has been altered by diarrhea, intestinal infections, poisoning, dietary disorders, chemotherapy, and antibiotic use. Enterogermina contributes to the proper absorption of nutrients and stimulates the body's natural defenses, protecting it against attacks by harmful microbes.

THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS: As an antispasmodic agent in the management of visceral algospasmodic conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, gastric and duodenal ulcers, enteritis, colitis, spastic constipation, and urinary and biliary spasms and dyskinesias.

Nogaslan, which contains pantoprazole, is a medication used to reduce stomach acid production. It is used to treat conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, and to prevent recurrences of reflux esophagitis. It is also used to treat Helicobacter pylori infection in combination with antibiotics.

It is indicated for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux to enhance the effect of proton pump inhibitors (medicines that reduce gastric acid production) and mild to moderate functional gastrointestinal motility disorders.

Dexlansoprazole is used to treat the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD; a condition in which acid secreted by the stomach backs up into the esophagus, causing reflux and possible injury to the esophagus (tube between the throat and stomach)) in adults and children 12 years and older.

Inhibits acid secretion in the stomach. It binds to the proton pump in the gastric parietal cell, inhibiting H+ transport into the gastric lumen. Dosage Pantoprazole Gastro-resistant tablets: should be taken one hour before breakfast. If your dosage regimen is twice daily, the second tablet should be taken before dinner.

Pantoprazole is indicated for the control and healing of duodenal ulcers, gastric ulcers, hiatal hernias, reflux esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, refractory peptic ulcers, and peptic ulcers associated with Helicobacter pylori (in conjunction with appropriate antibiotics).

It is a non-opioid amidinouretic derivative with a specific action on the gastrointestinal muscle, regulating motility and reducing hydroelectrolytic secretory activity. Its main indications are irritable bowel syndrome and chronic diarrhea.
