Ambroxol is a mucolytic with expectorant action, which thins and facilitates the removal of bronchial secretions in patients with coughs and phlegm who need to eliminate them.

Mechanism of Action Betamethasone + Loratadine It combines the anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects of a corticosteroid (betamethasone) with a potent, non-sedating tricyclic antihistamine with peripheral H1 receptor antagonist activity (loratadine).
